The customer is a local construction machinery dealer in Russia and needed 20 units of 20-ton class used excavators for local mining and earthwork projects.
Based on their requirements we recommended the Komatsu PC200-8, Caterpillar 320D2 and Hitachi ZX200-3, providing inspection reports, real videos and condition assessments. After confirmation we organized the supply.
The machines were cleaned, serviced and fitted with new parts, then shipped by container. We assisted with customs declaration, documents and destination clearance preparation throughout, and delivered on time with positive feedback. The project laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation.
