Russian Client Purchases 20 Units of Original Used Excavators Complete Machines

This client is a local engineering machinery dealer in Russia and needed a one-time purchase of 20 units of original used 20-ton-class complete excavators for local mining and earthworks projects.

Based on the client's needs, we recommended three mainstream models: Komatsu PC200-8, Caterpillar 320D2, and Hitachi ZX200-3, and provided complete machine inspection reports, live-action videos, and working condition assessments. Once the client confirmed, we arranged the organization of supply sources.

After the complete machines were cleaned, serviced, and had parts replaced, they were shipped in full containers. We assisted the client throughout the process with customs declaration, documentation, and preparation of clearance materials for the destination port, and ultimately delivered on schedule and received positive feedback from the client. This project laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between both parties.
